Local Company History

Christian Lefley founded Windwood in 2016 as a way to provide value to the community around him.
Since then, the business has developed to offer a full range of lawn care maintenance services.

Owner and Operator
Windwood's Owner Christian Lefley has been meticulously caring for lawns for over ten years. He began his career working in Grand Rapids, MI where he helped care for the lawns of Forest Hills Public Schools as well as the surrounding residential and commercial neighborhoods. Upon beginning high school in Saugatuck, it was clear to him that he wanted to start his own business to serve the local community that has shaped him into the man he is today. During his junior year of high school, Christian started Windwood Property Services and hasn’t looked
back!

Since 2016, Windwood has come full circle and continues to grow every year. Christian and his team care for the lawns of several condo communities around town, many residential homes, local businesses, and the grounds for Saugatuck Public Schools.
